May I take this opportunity to welcome you to the first official Olive Branch Newsletter.
 
With this we aim to keep you up to date with all the goings on here at the Olive Branch and with that in mind can I assure you that contrary to popular belief I still own the Restaurant and have not sold it and am not living in the Maldives!!! although the thought would be nice!!!

Join us to watch the Big Event on the Big Screen
with a classic British menu available all day
 
 and now let me introduce you to my team........... As regulars to the Olive Branch you will now that we have gone through a transition period with our front of house staff ! Which for those of you who know the industry will appreciate that this happens. But I feel that we have ridden this storm and the key members of staff we have in place now are:-
 
Laurent Joerger - Head Chef - Laurent has been with us since day one and continues to deliver the excellent food you have become accustomed to.
 
James Voysey - Restaurant Manager - James joined us at one of our most difficult times and has now settled in to his role
 
Aekarat Sae Na - Head Waiter - Aekarat left us for a while but we with your help persuaded him to return as he is somewhat of a local celebrity! and the place did not seem the same without him!
 
Well I hope that this has been helpful to you and you like me are looking forward to the lighter nights of Spring and the Hazy Days of Summer!
